I like this! It's awesome! Sadly I have no team/no time to join in such anymore (gf and work and all that jazz), but it's good to see some stuff for us non-pros as well.
On topic with the smurfs: Why would people ruin a thing that is only good for the growth of new teams just for some easy gold coins? I mean, you all complain about a comp scene that is "dying" and such, why would you not want more tournaments like these to stimulate growth and help emergence of new teams to rise into the comp scene?

Are you a 1000-1450 MMR player who can't manage to climb out of your bracket? Check out: http://tinyurl.com/LowerMMRs and type /j clan team lowmmr in game to join the clan channel and find similar players to team up with. Please no high MMR players who want to carry us. It takes too long at 0.5mmr per game and defeats the purpose.

Amateur's are often mid-tier level players who can't beat well known and teams who compete in tournaments like It's Gosu Invitational's :]
Plus in the end this is all for fun! We try to host fun events and even get them casted by milkfat or breakycpk e.t.c
