Match didn't count

Hi my last game did not count , it says : failed to retrieve game informations... it pretty sucks cause i was on a bloodbath... possible to fix that ?

have a huge loosing streak and have only 2 wins out of like 8 games, and ofc those wins didnt record, so ****in nice
