But I think it was intended as on the 11th people will be emailed AND announced publicly.

I agree. I want to see the other's work. I don't see how it could hurt.
I do. But I would like to see it anyway!
It can't effect who wins and it won't make a difference if the artists see what everyone else did, as the deadline is already over.
But it would make people whine: "OMG X WAS SO MUCH BETTER BLA BLA BLA UNFAIR, INSERT s2 HATE"
You'll have to remain patient and wait. It's not like its a discussion topic. Everything will be revealed. No need to beg for more.
So being excited about the announcement of the winners is a bad thing? This is a contest, it's supposed to be exciting!
I've got to say I agree with Sye. Be excited by all means, but posting in the topic every 10 seconds saying the same thing isn't gonna reveal the winners any sooner. It's only a week! Play a MM game and chill (:

I was basically saying that we will not reveal everyones work before the contest stops, just as promised.
Eh, it's not like bumping this thread is doing any harm when it's tucked away in it's own section. Though the questions may all be the same, to me it's just showing that it was a fun event and that the posters are really keen to see who won, thus showing their support for a contest such as this.

I hope so, I was quite suprised as to how many entrants we had, especially over the last few days! I hope there will be a jackolantern contest for halloween!
Rofl...TBH I only posted an entry to the art contest because I was under the false assumption that no one else has submitted anything. My picture looks like stick figure 2.0, while fun to draw there's no talent there. The music contest I am sort of curious about though since I worked hard on that. Were there many submissions? Also: The contest IS over in regards to submitting, so why not allow us to see everyone else's work? I can accept not revealing the winners right now but there is no reason to keep everyone's light hidden in a basket.
We should have this flag added.
Yeah, it would be cool to see the other submissions but I guess it's all in suspense at the moment.
As far as how many entrants there were, you can assume the amount of threads in each section = the amount of entrants.
Same as me, I saw 2 cosplay threads and was like, hm, all I have to do is make any old cosplay to win so I submitted something kinda average heh.
What are the amount of views we have on our submissions? Was kinda curious about that. I have 21 on one and 29 on the other.
