1400 solo queue hell

I can't get out of this bracket no matter what I do. I was doing fine in the 1500-1600s. I went on a losing streak and now I'm stuck and I can't get out of the 1400s. It seems like once I go on a losing streak, it only gets worse. I've tried my best to play every role best as possible. The amount of griefing and blaming other people is unbelievable too. I know that the chances of receiving bad teammates are equal both sides, but every single game there is always some kind of conflict between my teammates.

Can someone give me some advice on how to climb out of this bracket?

I'll use this match for an example. I was flamed at by my teammate for every time they died. They were mad at me because I went mid as OJ and then later demanding me to gank with no wards. I decided to stay mid and take advantage of the free farm. I was dominating the lane with 300gpm+ and was completely shutting down Artesia's farm.

A bit later, they decided to come mid and steal my farm and exp on purpose and tried to votekick me every 5 minutes. The game ended with scout going 0-12 level 16, tundra 1-8 level 14 and me being 7-6 level 23.


TLDR: I'm in 1400 and I can't climb out of it, could anyone give me suggestions and tips other than to queue with other people?

I used to float around 1500 but im in the depths of 1300-1400 now and it's horrible. I don't blame my team for every match lost but the amount of feeding is just ridiculous. It's not uncommon to see someone with 1-10...

If you can't pubstomp 1400 games with at least 1 of those heroes, you deserve to to be in the 1400 bracket.

On a 9 loss streak, i go mid and carry every game but side lanes feed. my kdr is 2.56 and its 9 losses in a row. its so fun

The point is, maby consider your own flaws instead of blaming or asking for a guide on how to get rating XYZQ.
Think after every game, what did I do wrong, what could I have done better instead of going all emo about your shitty teammates.
You're probably right that your team was bad, but if you're good enough you'll still carry your team to victory in one way or another.

There is no magical guide on how to get out of a certain bracket. And the single worst advice is probably telling people to pick "mid hero x and go mid eveyr game". If you have 3 retards fighting over mid, the game is lost from the start. Instead try to be positive & encourage your team to win.

The only thing that you can change is analyzing your own gameplay to become better & watching pro players, analyze what they do, how they dominate a lane, how they ward, etc...
That or buying coaching.

add me. im in 1400 hell i know what its like. Iv reported like 20 people and 95% of them have been accepted. Im a very reliable all rounder, but i also need good team mates to back me up eg: wards

So far i played 60 games and i've only lost 10 game so far, even in the extreme conditions. Im a solo mid player, who solo ques but for my little experiment im not even playing mid semi carries or gankers.

Im playing mostly inititators and support heros, just to prove that if ur good , it dosent even matter what hero you pick, cuz the lower tiers are just that dumpster.

I know how you feel, Ive just gone from CM to NM and its ****ing nuts. Theres a lot more strategy etc and Im really liking that, but a lot of the people should just go CM. Im down around 1400 now cause my teams can't follow through 1/2 the time. Its **** when I am playing Lego, pulling a steady 300gmp and giving good ganks and yet the only one who pushes/wards 99% of the time. When my team buys 1-2 wards between em and mid cries because they have to buy their own ward and you buy 10-20 a game, theres 4 at top and we are all in mid and they don't push, like wtf can you do?


Sure, your own skill comes into it a lot and I'll admit Ive had some really shitty games which I deserved to lose, but when the other team aren't all retards you can't really solo the game no matter how well you do.

try queuing with some friends

because if you solo queue in that bracket, there will be mostly only two options for you:
1) pick support for that 4man hard carry team
2) pick any other hero

while solo queuing in that bracket, it is gamble what teammates you get.
If you follow path 1) then your teammates will probably never notice that triple stacked ancients or wards that you placed and you will only be blamed for your every death even if you go like 1/2/30 with any support hero.
If you follow path 2) then your teammates will probaly kick you out of the game in first 5 minutes.

Heres another tip. Don't play if you're laggy, just did a stat reset, lost 3 games in a row, totally crappy game for me all 3 games, checked ping each game, 400ish -.- AKA don't live in Aus

One problem with people stuck in the lower brackets is that they expect mid to gank/help them win their lane and a lot of people go "I won my lane, so too bad you lost yours." If you can overcome that issue, games get a lot easier. The second time I climbed up from the 1300s back to 1500+, I msotly solo Q'ed as Empath. Beat the opponents out of my lane and went around ganking other lanes.

Now I do that on new accounts I've self-sunk to the 1400s on. It's incredibly hard to stay under 1500 if I roam around (seriously, DW is free this week. People just don't have map awareness or something, so I can go Ghost Marchers -> Sol's and just wam bam them all without a PK because Grasping people down there is so easy!).
