I've been busy with life/exams/poker for almost a month (barely played a few games every now and then in the meantime) only to find out that by next week, there's 4 new heroes that I don't know anything about and another 2 or 3 that i don't know much about.
Sure... you can keep up if you play 10 games daily, but there's just too much content coming in. I don't like to compare HoN with DotA, but at least DotA gave you like a couple of months to try the new heroes, learn how to counter them and get used to how they influence the meta game overall, before a new hero would be introduced. With HoN... by the time everyone gets used to a new hero, 3 more have been introduced.
Now that the easter holiday came, I will have a lot of free time but I cba trying to catch up again...
I used to play much more often (5+ games a day) and I wasn't happy back then either, with S2's approach of rushing content and adding a new hero every 2 weeks.
tl;dr - a new hero every 2 weeks is stupid (both for the casual and competitive players)

Before you make thread you are suppose to do a search.
As a company, they don't necessarily need to listen to a minority or even the community in general (I know it sounds hypocritical of me to say that).
The community sometimes doesn't even know what it wants. As an example, a lot of people usually complain that a new hero is OP and insist on a nerf. Is that what they really want ? NO. A week later it turns out that the hero might even need a buff, since he's severely underpowered.
S2 must make the decision that makes the most sense in the long run, not what 2 random 1400 mmr guys complained about, once, in a forum thread.
But yeah, maybe a new hero every 2 weeks is a good idea in terms of profit (Early Access).

it takes next to no time at all to read a heroes skills.
out of so many options, that is the dumbest comment (or argument, if you can call it one) you could ever come up with. I will not even bother to tell you why. If you don't know why, you wouldn't understand even if I explained it to you, anyway.
OP why do new heroes bother you so much?
Do you have to play them?

I personally do not like so many heroes...they should do a new hero all three weeks and instead we get more balance changes and more alt avatars or new features in HoN. Better then new heroes. I never played one of the last 10 new heroes anyway exept Monarch. And EA sucks
If people keep buying them, they'll keep making them. Simple as that.
i am currently bored. if not for new heroes every so often id die of boredom

wasn't every 3 weeks a while back, and the forum exploded demanding every 2 weeks again(around monarch general release iirc)

Seriously? This again? GOD, how many times do we have to see this thread where everyone wants a different interval between hero releases, I mean how many times does it have to be changed?
