Lost connection to chatserver, getting banned.

Hey Admins!

Im having a huge issue, im trying to play simple MM games but i keep getting disconnected from the chatserver which means i cant follow up with my join so im getting banned from the MM-servers. I have opened all the ports and such but im still getting disconnected. This have never happend before, just started for like 1 week ago or so. Do you know how i can fix this?
And ofc i have followed the Wikihelp without getting it fixed.

upload a console.log when this happens to Console Log Upload Tool and post the link here.
I would also ask you to describe the steps you already tried out from the wiki.
