cant play solo matchmaking games

i choose play now i choose solo matchmaking.... i finish the loading assets and the finding game and when i am loading for a game is says me ERROR No response from server..... what can i do to fix it???

Disable your antivirus/firewall/parental control and/or add read-scan exceptions to them. Also, if you are running any mods, please disable them.

NEW PROBLEM i close antivirus and firewall i played one game and when i tryied to start a second game it says me the same..... No Response From Server.....

How many game servers did you try playing on? Was it just an isolated incident?

Please ensure you are running the game with Administrative privileges (right click on hon.exe in C:/Program Files/Heroes of Newerth and select Run As Administrator; you may need to enter the username and password). The game should automatically create a console.log every time it is run.

When you have a console.log, (remember the folder for XP, if you're running XP, is different - C:/Documents and Settings/[user]/My Documents/Heroes of Newerth/game), please zip and upload it to http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php and paste the resulting view link here.

i run the game as administrator but the file console.log didnt created.....

Make sure that your router is allowing outgoing traffic to ports TCP:80 (login/update), TCP:11031 (chatserver) and UDP:11235-11335 (game servers).
