APM mod?

This isn't really a request, as I was just wondering does such a mod exist? Kind of like in starcraft where you can see an individual player's APM in replays or spectator mode. If it doesn't exist, is there a way to make one? I have no idea how HoN tracks APM. (I'm guessing total actions/#minutes game lasted)

right clicks / spells and atacks, these 3 things are recorded as apm in hon

Maide.ca tracks(tracked) APM per every twenty seconds or so.
