My team's theme involves pure metal, be they born from it, use it, manipulate it, or are simply made from it.
The team's composition is standard, not focusing completely on one-sided strategies.
Was it the ever working hands of fate, or was it a miracle of Sol? Many have speculated on the beginnings of a certain group of heroes in the Legion, forever lost in the passage of time, but echoed in the present as legends. Let us turn back the hands of time, and ponder upon the origins of the mightiest team.
It began with a boy, the boy known as Techy. Crash! Crack! Deep within his fortress, the noises grew loud, spreading past his cliffside abode, past the forests, scaring away lesser beasts. This occurred for a half moon, some say longer. As the final CRASH spread out, a bluish-white exploded with such an intensity that all of the laboratory's openings shot sharp piercing lights into the Newerth sky.
Techy had completed his second greatest creation, W.ARMACHINE. WARMACHINE, a sentient exoskeletion suit built to be the prototype of a line of mass produced exoskeletons, needed to be tested first. As they introduced themselves, the eager Techy began explaining to WARMACHINE the specific contract designated by the Church of Sol. The duo were to travel out into the lands of Newerth and retrieve a oval object in the entrance to one of the Hellbourne's Spawning Pits. They were also told to
As Techy planned the trip, Q.WERTY, his personal back pack entity, scittered on the ground were they were talking, and reminded them that they alone were not able to hold off the endless waves of Hellbourne daemons that could spawn when alerted. It was becoming more and more of a suicide mission!
Nevertheless, the contract was clear, and if they were to have any luck, they would need help. The next morning, they set out into the wilds, on the road towards Adkama. Rustling through the untamed thicket, an odd pair in the deep green of the Newerthian forests, they were watched by an array of eyes as they cleared a path.
When they reached Adkama, they began searching for the Brigadier General for information on the safest route to the target. They found him in a pub, drunk and causing a riot. As they held him down, the bystanders were less angry than they should have been. The general had lost his son in the war. But seeing the willful lad attempting a daring mission, for the benefit of the Legion, he could not just leave the pair alone. And so, the duo became a trio...
The trio traveled down to the entrance of the grove where the artifact was last spotted. But they suddenly attacked! Bzzzzzzzzzzshriek! A massive 4 pronged blade flew past them. A man stepped out, eager to kill. The combined forces of the three were put to the test, as War Machine layed fire upon him, and Brigadier attempted to route him away from Techy. They soon brought him to his senses with a blow to the head. It seems that he was bewildered at the group, not knowing enemy from ally. Regardless, their task was to inform him to serve the Legion. Since he was the one who knew the area most, he lead them to where the object was.
There, in a crack in the earth, layed the object! But it vibrated as they approached. Soon after, a loud crack resonated, and the egg was open! A large Metal Dragon appeared! It spoke with a loud metallic sound, informing them of his task. Since the object was no longer intact, the contract was broken on a techniquality, though War Machine was given commendation for his battle prowess.
And so the team, lead by Guillotine, was founded. They fought for many years, until time forgot them...

For simplicity's sake, I will, in the future, add the simplified version of the spells. They will describe the spells without explaining the visuals and without going into depth. This will facilitate judging without sacrificing the hard work put into the the aesthetics. Full descriptions can be viewed in the individual links of the heroes.

I do not want to post the heroes until the last second to avoid heavy handed plagiarims. I guess I can do spell name/pics teasers.
