best bet is to stay miles away from creeps or possibly tri against it.
My friend, and I have been running this since yesterday. Once you hit level 3 you're nearly unkillable in lane, and even if you get constant attempts to gank you the worst that happens is you come out neutral in lane. We haven't lost a game yet running this. I think we're up to 9 wins in a row.
tested few weeks back with my m8 a rhapsody pharao lane. its pretty cool aswell at lvl 3. mommy walls with hell fire paired up with rhaps dance floor. tho its pretty easily countered by picking range heroes.
my friend and I ran panda+gunblade today, pretty lols. panda flick -> slugs, ??? -> Profit!
same with kraken + gunblade, torrent -> slugs, ???, profit!
.. or if you don't have gunblade then just do dementedflick/torrent + leveled stun = 0; enemy's butt will hurt

tort levels stun and impalement, hammer is hammer
hammer stun > tort stun > impalement
the aoe stuns clear the creeps, then impalement makes short work of whats left
i havent beat this lane so... maybe accursed/jeri for the stuns and a good range to counter?
Nighthound is the best hero ever... deal with it.
Cthulus charge can be countered by lifting cthulu in the air (

Monarch with Amun Ra.
Amun Ra+Dampeer(or any semi carry) in suicidelane.
LvL 1 Dot gety you at 50% of both... its anyoing big time...
After they reach lvl 3..youre DEAD
BS + Myrm/Pyro
