Sweet. I played Resident Evil to death on wc3.
I've learned so much from my mistakes... I'm thinking of making a few more.
Ok, going with the name "Nightmarish"
Anything longer than that is just pain in the ass to type. Luckily I've done enough in the past hours to be able to release the first "beta". Wish I could do more but I just don't have time atm and need to study. Progress is gonna be extremely slow now until end of May...
I've just quickly put together some waves for the first 5 minutes. Actually wanted them to go on for 10minutes (where they start repeating, basically need 40 more spawners for that...). Also wanted to add camps and props to the map, but that's gotta have to wait for now.

Engineer= technician/builder class
Artillery Alt Skin = Engineer's primary ability, creates a controllable companion
MoA= marine class
Artillery= heavy artillery class
Flint boomstick (dwarf skin)= sniper class
Warmonger gunblade= assault class
Rosie engineeer = medic class
Demonbuster electrician = pyro class (attacks with flamethrower)
Devourer - permanently has decay on, so you need to kill it before it gets close or you cant escape
Dampeer - can leap onto you when within a certain range
Gravekeeper - Regular zombie
Chainsaw Moraxus - Final Boss Zombie
Geojuice Geomancer - zombies that remain underground until you get in the vicinity (700 units away or so) so quick reactions are needed
Phantom Defiler - Very weak, but if she kills you, a medic cannot revive you (steals your soul)
Mutant parasite - regular zombie, but has a toxic attack, causing you to be slowed and lose hp per sec (medic can purge off)
Madman - regular zombie, but very fast and weak
Xeno predator - Boss zombie, protects each safepoint / reactor. Immune to spells
Horseman death - Midpoint boss
Shinigami Gravekeeper - spawns zombies (they remain at certain keypoints, and everytime you kill a GK less zombies will be spawning overall)
This is all i've got for now, but just typing up these suggestions gets me really excited about a HoN Zombie survival Map =D

Luckily map is at a point, where it can morph into different styles in the future, trying to make it robust as possible first with better, more interesting enemies.
Awesome map. I kinda like the settings this could with a little work become an awesome single player map (as multiplayer wont come anytime soon)
Been playing a lot of Diablo3, gave me some fresh new ideas. For instance how they balanced skills around fast mana regen and cooldowns. It's a pretty good alternative to charges, allows for more relentless action, bigger mobs, more fun.
Also it's ok to oversize every enemy...
