I'm pretty sure the question has been asked a a lot of times but I serached and I couldn't find an answer. How does hollowpoint shells interract with the savage mace procs? I know both work independantly but can they proc at the same time?
If they are independent, it means that one does not influence the other.
So the answer is yes.

I'm not an authority but yes, it overlaps.
I don't there's any stun in the game that is additive.
