Screen Edge Scrolling is inconsistent, unusable

I recently installed linux, and noticed a very strange behaviour with the screen edge scrolling.

When trying to move the screen with the cursor, it sometimes fail. If I move the cursor to edge of the screen near the scoreboard for example the camera wont move...

Note that that was only an example. This makes the game feel wrong.

Please fix :C

It's the same with fullscreen and windowed...
