Situation:
Double Activation should work on Orb Effects

Orb Effects can only be turned On and Off by Right-clicking the skill. There is no keyboard short cut to do this.
Thus I suggest:
The Double Activation mechanic to allow orb effects to be switched on and off giving a way to use a keyboard short cut to turn the abilities on and off.
It really feels like there should be an easy way to turn them on and off when you do and don't want to use them, while you can use your mouse for everything the keyboard option should be there for almost if not everything as well.
I've been a big fan of Double Activation self casts ever since it was introduced and think its an absolutely fantastic mechanic that would be well applied here to improve the ability to switch between the two.
