I don't know if this idea was posted before, but I was wondering why instead of reworking a hero you create playstyles?
How this work? For example in the hero selection screen you choose Kraken, pick a skin and finally your playstyle:Semi Carry Kraken(Reworked) or Initiator Kraken(old ulti)

It's called items.
Items don't give you old Kraken ult or Vindi's Sage Lore, etc. You can choose what version of your hero you want to play, the old one or the reworked.Originally Posted by Frood
Ah. so the "intentionally unbalance" option.
Unbalanced? It give you the option to choose a previous or new version of the hero, generally previous versions are less powerfull and balanced than the new ones. Playstyles allows the player wich version play. I don't see how this is "unbalanced"
