Just a little annoyance that happens every now and then, in all random where you random a hero, lets say panda and your not good at panda and no one will swap, you go to repick and you random panda again. you now have a hero your not good with and less gold.

I propose s2 changes All random so if you repick you cannot random the hero you originally got.
