I am suggesting there be an option to change your alternate avatar in-game like you can do for the courier. Nothing is more annoying than when i get disconnected at the hero selection and miss getting to change the alternate avatar for my hero. The option should be either a 1 time in game alt avatar change or maybe allowed for the first 30 seconds of the game so players do not abuse it.
Just a thought if its possible with couriers it has to be possible with heroes.
