RA alt playing through fog

the phoenix ra effects (I've seen it few weeks ago, I think it were both nukes, maybe also passive+ult?) are playing through fog

I can't replicate this in practice mode, can you give me a replay/timestamp of this happening?

a part of the effects of his W spell plays through fog

this match is 20 days old, tho a fix was never stated in the patch notes so I think it should still be there

Theres always a couple of changes that don't that don't get mentioned, if you find a more recent case of this happening, they please post a new replay.
