Repeatedly occurring again!!!

I worked with someone via the IRC a few weeks back attempting to resolve the error message I cannot seemed to get rid of since the ALMIGHTY S2 games update to HON about 6 months back. Yes, since roughly 6 months ago I've been dealing with this absolute non-sense.

Specific error message: K2 - Fatal Error BuildBlockList: Truncated Block

So here:

Windows XP 64-bit OS
8g RAM
More than enough available HDD memory remaining
Standard Windows OS Firewall
Avast Antivirus version 7.01
Hardware is fine and all temps are well within specification

What actions have been performed:

1. Repeatedly have uninstalled and reinstalled the application deleting any and all associated HON files from my machine each time.

2. Added the 'hon_update.exe' into the exceptions list of Windows firewall.

3. Set the file to 'run as' administrator.

I'm not going to <explicative insert here> reinstall the damn application again. Someone from S2 games needs to be involved and resolve the matter at the root cause. I don't need a volunteer who is just going to supply me a quick band-aid fix and say enjoy. The problem persists.

In between steps 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. I have completely disabled Windows Firewall and my Avast Antivirus to no avail. Even took it a step further uninstalling my antivirus altogether. STILL NO SUCCESS!!!!

when it occurs. It occurs just as heroes are loading up to start the match. Once load completes, BOOM, crash. It also crashes when I just manually log out or close the application. All the same error.

Furthermore, I do not have any mods running, nor have I EVER installed a Mod. I also do receive, sporadically, unread bits errors message as well. I'm seeing that one is becoming popular in the forums amongst others as well.

Volunteers are more than capable to solve your issue, and if for some reason they are unable to assist you, we are more than happy to take a deeper look into your issue.

The unread bits that is popular in the forums right now is due to mods. Seeing as you do not have any installed, I doubt that is your issue.

Your graphical drivers are out of date. Please update them. If that does not work, try rolling back your driver to a more stable version. Currently, 260.99 WHQL seems to be the most stable nvidia driver working with hon.
