Not all Heroes accessable in Practice

Hello,

I just wondered why there is no longer every hero available in Practice Mode.
Makes me really sad to buy blindly a hero EA if i cannot even try him once before i buy him; And i think earlier this year, it still worked, you could pick any EA hero you wanted and try them, before buying.
Would be happy to have an answer.

The only thing different from before is the framing around each hero.
You should still be able to use them all.

Frankly i cannot use those heroes:
Draconis
Berserker
Gravekeeper
Artesia

In Practice mode
They are gray as if i hadnt bought them, but without a coin symbol in the right corner.
