    You call this technical support? Really?

    "Hi, I have this problem from nearly half an year but it is getting more frequent with every patch. When I leave a game after it ends or just move to another one HoN crashes. I have WinXP SP3, Intel Core 2 Duo 4300 1.8GHz and 2GB ram, NVidia GeForce 8500, 3GB pagefile size, 3% fragmentation, good internet connection (never under 2MB/s international). If you have any advices how to run HoN without crashes or how to reduce them, please tell me. If you need more info just tell me."

    Then you send me this:

    We searched our database and found the following articles that matched your question.

    - Account suspended
    - I want to report a player
    - Can't log in
    - Promo Code not working
    - Credit Card Declined

    I doubt you even read what my problem is? I ask you why game crashes and you answer me "credit card declined" and"promo code not working"? Really? Worst help ever, if you cant answer, then pass the question to someone who can.

    Sounds to me that you were searching customer support, not technical support.
