    Exercise 11 The channeling-Robot

    Channels for .5/1/1.5/2 seconds
    The next enemy spell cast that has a target within a 650 radius of Robot is redirected to Robot who suffers all the consequences as though he were the target of the spell. Robot is energized by this spell and receives a
    10/15/20/25 movement speed bonus, and 4/5/6/7 % of his maximum mana.

    Absorption (magic based)
    20/15/10/10 second cool down
    Channels for .5/1/1.5/2 seconds
    Mana Cost 75/100/150/200
    Range 300/350/400/450
    Robot grabs the target enemy unit, and absorbs it's life essence using it to fuel it's own reserves. Drains 20/40/60/80 health, and 20/40/60/80 mana per second, and gives it to Robot.

    Efficiency (Robot starts with 1 point in Efficiency)
    Passive-Always active
    The robot constantly uses mana to keep itself moving. Drains 1/.75/.5/.25/.1 mana per second from Robot. Provides robot with a 2/5/8/11/15% damage absorption shield so long as he has any mana. Each level of efficiency after 1 increases the health/mana drained from absorption by 20 points, and increases the mana Robot receives from absorbing a spell with lightning rod by 2%. Effieciency also passively reduces the cool down of Flailing Tendril by 5 seconds per rank starting at level 2.

    Radius (with Robot as the center) 450/550/650
    Channels for 2.1/2.6/3 seconds
    Robot begins flailing electric wire tendrils randomly in a radius surrounding himself every .3/.2/.1 seconds for 2.1/2.6/3 seconds. Each tendril hit does 65/85/125 damage, and applies a stacking 10% movement slow. Stacks up to a maximum of 30%.

    This ability can be boosted with Staff of the Master

    Boosted Flailing Tendril (mixed damage)
    Cool down 120/90/60 seconds
    Mana cost 150/200/250
    Radius (with Robot as the center) 450/550/650
    Channels for 3/3.5/4 seconds
    Robot begins flailing electric wire tendrils randomly in a radius surrounding himself every .3/.2/.1 seconds for 3/3.5/4 seconds. Each tendril hit does 75/125/200 damage, and applies a stacking 15% movement slow that last for 4 seconds. Stacks up to a maximum of 45%.

    Carry? Tank? what is he? apart from: R.O.B.O.T. is that the stand for, or do you prefer robot? what are his stats?? you don't have anything vital here?? wth?

    skill 1: strong and from the channel, you've succeded in making it balanced nice.

    skill 2: um, channel for this? before or while the hp is being drained? either way it's still at an equal.

    skill 3: unique, but why? it's such a tiny bonus...

    skill 4: ok, this one is truly bad, far too weak, all the mana usage and this is the ult?? at least double the effect and keep the channel 3 seconds with SoM, SoM is meant to make ult's better at no reduction cost to the wielder.

    Overall opinion: Not bad but the ult needs improving. i can see you've tried to balance out the power with mana usage but you haven't provided stats.

    Absorbing works as it's happening. So if he only channels for 1 second he's only received 1 seconds worth of the drain. But yes it works as it happens. Sorry about everything being unclear I had simply stumbled upon the exercise last night, and I was worried about when the deadline was going to hit so I just threw it together. I changed the ult a bit, and reworked his 3rd skill to work better with all his skills.
