So here is my story, I have 3 other legacy accounts that I have purchased since BETA. I rarely complain about the way S2 does things. However, this situation has DEEPLY saddened me.
So I have been playing on my f2p account for the past week, and I won the 50$ coin package for playing TMM. So here I am, thinking that I can ask a S2 member to move these gold coins to my legacy account. ALAS, that is not the case!!. Below is VIOLE replying to my request.
We cannnot move or swap shop items or purchases between accounts under any circumstance. Gold purchased can be refunded, however, gold earned through promotions and events cannot be migrated.

For those of you that follow the forums, you would know that XanderK has given out FREE gold coins for those people that asked for it to buy their avatar. Other S2 members have ALSO moved coins from one account to another when competitive players BET against each other. So moving gold coins IS feasible.
Now some of you might ask me why I want to move these coins. Playing on a f2p account for over 70 games now, I have unlocked 3 new heroes WOOHOOO .... not. If I wanted to purchase a subaccount on the f2p account, IT COMES WITH JUST THE STUFF ON MY F2P ACCOUNT. Now let me ask you, WHY would anyone pay 20$ for a f2p account???
TLDR: S2 members show favoritism towards competitive players, and have no care for loyal customers (at least in my case)
I will continue to send in tickets in hopes of getting this resolved.
