W is too spammable and too cheap(mana cost wize). Increase mana cost so that when he combos with it early he doesn't still have 3/4 of his mana pool left. Also possibly a cooldown on the skill that only triggers if all charges are depleted? so after he combos with trees he cant use W for another 5 seconds or something. Shield being passive is silly but doesn't scale all that well into the late game.
Alright, the hero is a lot of fun, but has a couple problems. The main one being: he can't throw corpses. Not being able to throw corpses means he is absolutely worthless when fighting at the river or the mid base towers. He simply cannot protect the mid raxes. Creeps are usually dead during the fights and he cannot pick up allied/enemy controlled units, along with trees usually being too far away to grab or pick up before arriving at the fight. Something really needs to be done about this.
The cooldown on his Q is way too long for what it does. So many heroes have longer stuns that deal more damage than his Q, and while the using it on allies/yourself is a nice touch, it still doesn't deserve that 15 second cooldown.
His W is very interesting, but I am so disappointed you can't pick up neutral or allied/enemy controlled units. If you're worried about him being able to pull the lane with it too easily, then at least make him able to pick up allied/neutral controlled units. There are so many fun things he could do with the ability. I feel like it should have a very small aoe radius on the damage too. It being single target just seems silly.
His shield passive just feels out of place. It's useful, but at the same time it doesn't seem like the right ability for this hero. A movement speed buff or perhaps making it similar to Defiler's passive where it buffs his other skills seems more appropriate. Maybe something along the lines of having it add 1 extra tree per level to his ultimate and/or giving his single target trees a very small aoe radius, similar in radius to the aoe on Artestia's missile.
His ultimate is so much fun to use. My main problem with it is the short range on the lift part of it. I feel like you should have a massive range on what you can lift with it, perhaps even global would be fun. The throw radius just remain what it is, but all too often you just simply can't find enough nearby trees to use it.
I find the hero fun, but mainly just because throwing trees at people is a lot of fun. Under that, he really is just a mediocre nuker who is outclassed in the areas by many other heroes. His damage really becomes lackluster quite quickly, and the cooldown on his ultimate seems a bit too long.
Well, that was a bit longer than intended, I feel those are his current issues and why I voted he's too weak, even if just a little bit. In my opinion, only a few tweaks are needed to bring him up to par.

His shield might be a bit strong, I had an elect + a salforis chasing me for a good 30 seconds hwen I was at 100 hp and I was able to keep them off me relatively easily, and neither could put the damage out to kill me. then again I was juking and dodging abilities as I could but still.
His W could use a mana cost increase or a slight damage nerf, soooo spamable. Even level 1 you can get 2-300 dmg worth of nuke off in a small skirmish.
His Q is interesting, could use a shorter cool down. His ult is definitely fine.
Of course these are my opinions. He could use some slight number changes / nerfs but nothing drastic. Very well designed hero imo.
