Short freeze/lag in fights also ALOT of crashes after game end.

Since a few months i get this bad lags it started only with the HB ULT beeing cast but it gets worse and worse...

have the latest dirvers and directX so no idea whats going on

I'm noticing several Query not S_Ok, indicating that the load on your GPU is a bit heavy.
Decrease your graphic settings to the bare minimum. You can raise them slowly until it gets to an acceptable level.

ive turned everything down except the resolution and it will still lag once in a while but the game looks like from 1995 now.
I dont have a highend system here but i can still run newer games on full quality without lags but HoN i cant? It used to run good a few months ago but then i got the lags and the crashes....

i was wrong game still lags... everything low/disabled no AA no texturefiltering, mostly depends on the heroes you play Game lags like hell while using cetrain skills

Do a complete reinstall, but directly onto the c: drive. Make sure you don't run into NSIS errors.

Run a windows update.
Update your graphics card from the ATI website

installed on C: no errors,
reintsalled latest ATI, win update, cleaned HD, registry cleaner, maleware cleaner...
no change game still lags and crashes almost after every game.

I think you should consider a fresh Windows Install. Then you get ALL of your drivers up-to-date, like mainboard and graphic card drivers etc. After that install HoN and you should be fine...

I'm seeing some network lag on your console.log. When you get these freezes, does the Disconnect Symbol also appear?

Reinstalling windows is not an option for me right now. I reinstalled ALL of the important drivers. Im sure i have the latest mainboard and graphic card drivers.

No, its deffinatly diffrent from a network lag. When someone else is using the Internet i get a higher ping the disconect icon doesnt appear.
I can almost predict the lag while using certain skills like Midas golden salvo for example.
