The voice felt a bit off lol but didn't bother me.
Only thing I didn't really like was the ult animation, it's only a slight movement of his hand? You can barely even tell he's casting the ult unless it's shooting someone.
I feel like this is one of the weakest avatars we have seen from S2 in a while.
No voice work? Booooo.
Stiff walking animation? Booooo.
The model itself is also just too long... he moves funky when it turns. I would much rather have a QUALITY avatar, and pay money, than a POOR avatar and get it for free.
is the raptor free? how to get? I'm away from home and cannot play for the next few days T_T

What finishing touches exactly? They changed some colours, yeah big deal. How is colour-changing a finishing touch?"
And still, although its "striders alt", S2 put it in the shop - S2's Shop,not striders - afterwards and make money of it (not much because people who played on friday got him for free and its not very expensive, but still), don't they.
Also as far as i recall, this is "heroes of newerth" by "S2 Games" and not "some game" by "strider".
So if they put this alt in their game, they should make sure it is up to quality standards. As Maliken pointed out in his recent thread, "they wanna make sure, they put out quality content".

I don't understand whats the reason of free stuff if its bad to begin with.
And its not just the walking animation, its the voice too.
Just because its free, does it not ok to be garbage.
Not to forget ->Legacy players got almost nothing out of this celebration:
-free hero pool -> yeah, we already have all of them
-heroes cheaper-> yeah, look above
-double silver coins, don't make me laugh, again this can only be used to buy heroes
soooooooooo, if the only worthy thing, Legacy players get out of this celebration, is this alt. It should better be atleast up to par with other alt avatars.
I like the avatar. Alot of posts in this thread like the one above seems like spoiled whining.
i like your post because its very argumentative and stuffed with useful information. since you explained why you feel the avatar is good, or why you think people are wrong, when they say, its bad quality.
