seriuosly? does this forum only take in drafts? then where do you post completed heroes that people can take notice of, cause there's that many heroes in dream ya don't see the ones recently made(2 months ago) with any popularity and some are good. Tell me this ain't true??

eh? you serious? ok i want more than one opinion and besides 1st and 2nd ability are meant to be weak due to his ult. How the hell is his passive badly worded? I have explained quite well, well what it does at least.
His ult is not 'super saiyan' whatever, it's unique in the fact of how it acts not what it is. But your right on the uninspired bit but not the unoriginal, name one hero or character somewhere that has similiar.

ok not true, drac does not have similiar ult and both myr and mali don't have the same boosts, the 1000 AoE is very different, but they are slightly similiar in the 'titan growth' is very similiar. Now about your 'i dont care about armor charges get more original' i don't care about your likes unless 60% of HoN have the same opinion, besides the armour was only an idea. i did originally have it as even more damage(at one point i had the armour reduction as pure damage).

Your first skill is a novel idea.
Your second skill is kind of decent, but is displeasingly similair to Zephyr's Gust without bringing anything new outside of Cloud Charges. Works good with first skill, though I still don't like how similair it is.
Your third skill is the worst form of forced synergy. This spell does absolutely nothing until you have your ultimate, which is very poor design. Change this skill so that it does something else than JUST add cloud charges.
Your ultimate is OK. The 14 + attributes seems kind of random as it does not increase by level.
The hero in itself seems kind of boring to play. Basically you just drop down your two first spells, hit people, trigger ultimate and hit people again.
yeah skill 1 and 2 changing soon. Be posting v2 of this guy.
the charges? um... did have them giving the ult's "+1 damage for every 1 cloud charge" in the 1000 AoE. but i thought that was overpowered.
the ult, eh again different orig design. The +14 was +10/20/30 all attributes. but again thought it was overpowered.
maybe i need to stick with orig designs cause all my heroes that i have asked for feeback on have similiar issues. refering back to orig for better effects/balanced effects. -.-
