Dude, stop playing HoN and catch up on your 6th grade english lessons.
I don't have enough hands to describe the level of facepalm.Im trying to pubstomp with him but i'm not serious if i can make it farer as i made it till now.
Why so much hate? He wouldnt be 1300 if he knew how to play.
First of all, Nomad is best mid. You have a very strong nuke that will allow you to harass a large amount if you have rune control. This means you need to get a bottle ASAP and refill it with a rune whenever you can. When you hit 6, this is when you can start having fun with your ulti. If against a squishy like Pyro, you may be able to kill him if you land an ulti off baiting a stun. Keep in mind, however, that a good pyro will know how to bait you to using his ulti with skill canceling; you probably won't come across this in your bracket though.
Ganking the side lanes can often go well if you have a haste, DD, or invis rune. Keep in mind, however, that Nomad doesn't have any reliable cc (especially if the enemy is retreating), and that you will need to rely on your side laners for stuns. If you don't think you have good chances at securing a kill in a side lane, then don't bother; stay mid and farm away.
As for items, there are a lot of good choices for Nomad. Personally, I like getting phase boots and helm first as a core. This gives you both strong chasing and surviving capabilities. If the other team has a lot of magic damage, then mystic vests are a necessity. If you still need more survivability, then shruken and null are both good situational pickups. As for offensive items, shield breaker is a great pickup.
Nomad is a hero that benefits from aggressive play. Push yourself by diving into situations that have high a high risk and high reward. Of course, this will often get you killed, but you will also likely learn a lot of things about Nomad and other heroes.
Well thanks Schi_Town thats almost everything what i did. I stomped myself out of the 900's till now and hope i'll reach the 1500's somehow. Thats why i want to get help there.
Basically in almost every game:
:EnhancedMarchers::HelmOfTheBlackLegio:Shieldbreak er::SolsBulwark::AssassinShroud:
If you get that in a decent time table you got a auto-win hero.
Note: always go shieldbreaker before bulwark, the +dmg on sb combined with your passive makes it superior to bulwark first.
last game i ended up with 7/8 but i dont get a clue what i made wrong. 82231049
I have skipped through the replay (82231049). And there are a couple of points I would like to make.
1 Use your ult.
When you hit level 6 you can start baiting and playing really aggressive. Put yourself in a position that forces them to act on you, forexample by using truestrike, now you are up close and they will have to do something about you, which brings me to my next point.
2 Use true strike
it’s true that the mirrorstrike + autoattack combo will deal more burst damage. But when chasing it is always better to use truestrike. Use mirrorstrike when laneing, but do occationally use truestrike when you hit 6. It will catch them of guard and often they will react by using a spell, this makes it easier to use your ult.
3 itemize
Think about what items you pick up vs what team you are against. The thing about nomad is that he gets owned hard by silence, much more than other carries. You also knew they had an Elec and an EW both of whom has a single target disable that ****s you up. Nullstone would most likely have been a better pickup, it also gives mana regen. A shrunken head would have been good too. Also you should only pick up lifesteal if you get to autoattack a lot, which you did not. Here is a couple of items what I think are solid pickup on nomad.
1. Shieldbreaker: pretty self-explanatory.
2. Shrunken head: only if they have a VERY disable heavy team
3. Nullstone: I find this to be a better item than HOTBL most of the time, it is more expensive, yes, but also gives more damage and solves any manaissues
4. Ring of the teacher: manaregen, armor, damage, all in one sweet package.
5. Portalkey: Surprise rape.
6. Shroud-> Genjuro: more invis for all your invis needs. Also adds damage, and we like damage.
7. Firebrand -> geometers. NO ESCAPE also using the illusion when you exit invis can confuse them
