Looking forward to this! Last years IHL was fun.

Pretty simple threshols based on MMR:
1900+ / playing in a top10 team / vouched by other topplayers: Pro league
1750+ or playing in a mediocre team: Semi league (reason im saying 50 instead of 00, is that i know plenty of boosted players +1700, cause of the new "20-40 MMR gain system".
Anything below, goes into fragment.low

Erm...an additional games played limitation would be more sufficient, to not cripple people who rightfully got their mmr prior to the mmr cut and new system.
