Although I agree with you, I'm willing to bet your attitude isn't helping the situation. 10:1 says the moment you realize you've got foreigners, you're probably being a dbag already too. If not, sweet, if so, you're fueling the fire. But yes, strictly for the lack of communication alone they should have their own server for TMM.

People are just getting so tired of trolls, that even though you weren't trolling I'm sure..its just safe to assume someone always is, and they probably unjustly kicked right off the bat. Theres been plenty of games where the first thing someone said in game I knew they were gonna be.."that guy" and 95% of the time..I was right. This community sucks, but hey..we're all still here.
