Something was done to the game, I don't know what but Hag's blink for example a friend and I cannot instacancel it anymore, it will fail 8 out of 10... we got a keylogger working and here's what happened

This is not how it used to be since last patch and it was not mentioned in the changelog.
S is stop or Hold?
You can cancel the spell with anything that issues a Stop command, as long as you haven't reached the cast action time
