Approved. Was too good.:Nullstone: Null Stone
- Reduced mana regeneration from 200% to 150%
Not necessary but I like it.:PlatedGreaves: Plated Greaves
- On use, now also grants +2 Armor to nearby heroes
Not much of a difference. Still a great early game item.:RingOfTheTeacher: Ring of the Teacher
- Reduced damage from 6 to 5
Just why? Stormspirit was one of the best supporter items next to tablet. It was one of the items that you could even farm with andromeda after 30min of hardcore supporting.:Stormspirit: Stormspirit
- Cast range reduced from 600 to 450
- Increased cost from 600 to 1000 gold
- Now cannot be healed while Stormspirit'ed
== Heroes ==
Absolutely unnecessary in my opinion.Behemoth
- Fissure increased duration from 5/6/7/8 to 6.5/7/7.5/8 seconds
- Shockwave tooltip update no longer affecting corpses.
The rest of the changes are ok.
There are only two genres of music. Metal and Shít
The behemoth change in above post was good imo. He was outshined by magmus in every way anyways
Stormspirit overnerfed, sadly probably will still be picked up competitively and with thusly by "justified".
DM slightly overnerfed. Drunk charges are a huge ***** now.
Brute/Savage Mace nerf: FA and Draconis picking up mace and brute didn't seem that amazingly OP any time I tried it, I'm not sure why this was necessary, there goes a fun build...
Midas: Just right.
Slither: Definitely just right as well, slither is much better now imo.
Tremble: Was he really needing nerfs? This badly? Also why the hell is Shudder, a badass name, now named after a silly Who song?
I thought it was pretty decent overall. Though, I really like the buff to slither. Wards finally do more for me than slow.
I think Drunken was hit a bit hard. The problem with him was how easily he could do massive amounts of damage...most of which was because he could get +80 dmg and then Lunge with SB/sols for crazy damage. Thus, -20 damage was a great nerf. But then to nerf his drink...honestly, that just punishes him in a way that reminds me of Dampeer and essence. It feels like copping out with an artificial time boundary (more time to drink for the same effect) instead of making meaningful changes.
Very happy about slither change. I though the ward vision nerf was excessive.
Savage Mace: I think it would've been more fair to attenuate the proc, rather than remove it. Split shots deal some % of the main damage....so why not just lower the +100 by that amount? The stun could be removed, because that does get a bit excessive.

One of the worst balance patches we've seen, in my opinion. Too many unwarranted changes, and not enough warranted changes. For example, as I will states several times in this thread, no Valkyrie nerfs. Why nerf anyone except Valkyrie? She just became EVEN BETTER, now that everyone is a step lower.
No patch has ever made me >:I more in my life, except for the patch long, long ago where Valkyrie got a buff.
Hag buffs? The ****. Even if they were minor, she DID NOT NEED THEM. She has the 2nd best mobility spell in game, a low cooldown, high damage nuke, high mana::damage ratio, and 2 slows. Midas nerfs were good, as were Tort nerfs. I'm indifferent about Greaves buff and Null stone nerfs, but SS was over nerfed, hard. They should've made the recipe 200 gold more at max, combined with the other nerfs. DM and Tremble were over nerfed beyond justification. I still can't get myself to believe they were over powered before the nerfs. Yet again, there are no Valk changes. Still no Ra/BH/Vindi reworks. Behemoth change was just as bull **** as the DM change, except in the opposite direction. Slither buffs were justified, but I don't think he really needed them. HB needed his buff, and it was well deserved. Cthulhu change wasn't needed, and neither was the Parasite nerf. Still no Empath, TB, DW, or Andro buffs makes for a sad Skeloperch.
Oh yeah, and the most important changes, Shaman nerf and Tundra nerf, brought this patch up from **** tier to bad tier. One of the worst balance patches we've seen, in my opinion. Too many knee jerk
This is how ALL ARTS devs balance their games.
And THIS is how you shut down Pimp Slayer
why buff behemoths fissure it was already amazing now it's even better than it should be.
Do you want to live forever?
The world is not enough.
" I was given powers to save the world but in the end I found myself at its center. I became the beast."
Are there gonna be no Draconis changes till hes public?
Because he's really mediocre and I want a refund.
Well, I liked all the changes but we need more, 1 balance patch like that every 4 weeks should be sacred for balance the new heroes that are comming every 3 weeks.
I think S2 should remove Sol's Bulwark negative armor of work on enemy heroes and let the -4 armor aura to work on creeps and towers, then this item will work more like a push item instead of give unecessary DPS for carry heroes.
And revert RA meteor to be targetable, it will give more skill to play for this easy mode guy.

I like how DOGkaiser voted for ''awesome'' .
Well, I also voted for myself.
I don't know why you would whine about the behemoth buff, why would you pick him over magmus?
Magmus and behe are banned. Pick a comparable initiator to fill that hole.
That's why we're *****ing about a behe buff, they both need hard nerfs, given we don't have centaur or magnataur to be derpy initiation.
Agree that most of changes are fine.
BUT, i still don't know why AmunRa isnt touched.
I mean Torturer is a beast in damageoutput and he got nerfed a bit(not only because of the damage). AmunRa, in my opinion, is still broken and deals imbalanced high damage.
I've seen a guy whose Most played is Torturer(21 games)-damage output of around 300k. He played AmunRa 13 times. Damage-output of around 400k.
Should be touched and changed in a way.
Other than that i feel that no Hero is a real pain and on the imbalanced (strong) side. Sure there are some, that are too weak(Thunderbringer) and some that didnt got any light yet(Shadow Balde). But no1 seem to be SICK StronK
Stormspirit is (was) extremely powerful. The range change really does kill those potential clutch saves of teammates, though. At least I managed to discern that much today. 450 range on a save skill is very weak, same was felt for the time accursed was nerfed. I didn't like playig him during that time.
Imo these changed to stormspirit might be good but the ally cast range could be reverted to 600 again. But maybe the easy clutch saves are what S2 wanted to remove. Maybe it should be enemy cast range that oughta be reverted.
Come to think of it, the item is probably mighty fine still.
Still don't know why they need to leave ra the way he is. He's not a competitive all star, ok. Why not change him so he has a higher skill ceiling but higher reward to make both pubs and competitors happy? leaving this hero as a zero skill curve "buy tank items and smash buttons everytime they glow" hero just seems like a big middle finger to the little guy in pubs who is the only one being affected by the lack of change.
On top of that, they give DM a backbreaking nerf, why? because moonmander plays him on his pub stream. so its ok to pub nerf one hero but not the other. nevermind that moon probably could pub stomp with valk or magmus on his stream every day and nothing will ever be done. just makes me feel like they want certain heros to be viable and certain ones not to be.
Please nerf Ra. Any bad player can easily maintain 400+ gpm and out tank the enemy team. Having a Ra on your team makes winning much easier.
I feel that DM is now at a place where player skill plays a much larger role than it used to. With the Sol's and recent nerfs, he has to think much more tactically rather than just jumping into the fray with no regard for his personal safety, ala Ra.
Does he feel a pinch under-powered? Yes, but the hero is still powerful in the proper hands.
