Do they stack, if how much is the total dodge%?
What is the max dodge chance?

Don't think so, just like zeph wind shield dosen't stack with wingbow.
But im not sure :3

Without checking i would have thaugfht that they eould becasue cloud is a debuff causing miss chance on the enemy whereas evasion is an effect on the NH
they probably are two different chances which do not stack but both can happen at the same time, one can happen and the other can not or non can happen.

"Chance to miss" is a stackable debuff that affects the attacker.
"Evasion" is a non-stackable state that affects the target.
First the game calculates whether your attack misses. If it does not miss, then the target has a chance to evade. In this sense "miss" and "evade" stacks.
Calculation works as follows:
A, B, C, etc = % miss/evade
Total Miss/Evade = 1 - (1-A)*(1-B)*(1-C)*(1-...)
Example:
Uphill 25% miss
Nighthound cloud 70% miss
Wingbow 30% evasion
Total miss = 1 - (1-.25)*(1-.70)*(1-.30) = 84.25%
All misses can be included this way, but only the highest evasion counts.
