Savage Mace + Nighthound Cloud interaction

Hey im at work so I cant test this out, but If you have a savage mace and NH drops his cloud. Do you still have the % miss chance or does the SM truestrike negate it?

You will not miss in the cloud if you have savage mace.
Which makes it a good counter to nh.

you cant miss if you have savage mace
meaning against wingbow, uphill, nh cloud etc
