FPS Spiking problem not solved! Plz halp!

I am sorry to report that the two games were just luck and the problem is not solved.

My last game started out fine, but then the fps hit and it all went to hell. The lost team battles, the missed skill shots, the raging teammates... it wasn't pretty.

I had gone into my Control Panel and rolled back my graphics driver. Did I do it wrong, or do we need to try something else?

I just wish I could understand why this is happening. The most frustrating thing about it is it all seems totally random and inexplicable. Thank you for your continued help ):

Could the Direct X restarts and the FPS lag have anything to do with my computer overheating?

Can you repost your console.log as it has been truncated and is giving 404 errors?

Also can you provide some additional info with your console.log:

- a dxdiag report
