Just like the competetive scene and any semblance of balance, I have migrated to DotA 2.
The primary concern for a number of players since beta has had no mention. Of course I was going to pick at it. As if I didn't figure they were going to optimize the RAM usage and come out with new items/heroes.Originally Posted by MrSnowJr

Developing Bots sounds like so much work for so little use ._.
Credit where it's due, these changes sound amazing.

Map editor is already openly available to everyone. It's in your HoN folder.
The issue is that there's no way to play custom maps with other people

Though all I want is multiplayer support for custom maps.
Considering that custom maps were promised to be a feature of the game at launch (which was what.. 2 years ago? cant remember now exactly) and they still have no mention of it or any apparent plans of working on or implementing it, I think its more than fair he's 'picking at it'.
Tell that to the people who have demanded it for ages. Its great for teaching new players, and it (hopefully) can allow for playing custom heroes (as bots should be server side).
Hopefully though when the content is released its not too late.

Haven't played HoN in more than 6 months because I have been totally disappointed by its development. Now, if you guys at S2 manage to fix this within reasonable time (including more frequent balance patches!) you will have one happy customer coming back to HoN. Or well, balance patches and remakes of a few heroes is tbh enough for me.
The subpar game LoL is totally stealing your money atm. Since they give their customers real patches - and you don't.
So. I'm glad to hear that this game actually has some plans. I just hope they will actually see the light of day before I'm to old to play these kinda games anyway.

Where is custom maps?
it's too much important to be called "new content", so there wont be custom map ? never ever ?
