Spectate/mentoring system bugs

There are 2 bugs I have found related to the 1-on-1 spectate/mentor system.

1. If you had a spectator/mentor in your previous game. There is a cursor icon on your screen from the last position it was in, in your previous game (usually at the disconnect button position).

2. Sometimes if a player requests to mentor/spectate you in game and you don't respond to it, in subsequent games their request will pop up every time a vote of any kind is called.

Both bugs are temporarily fixable by opening and closing the options console (hitting F6 twice). :goldenshield:

We usually don't do lists in bug reports but your first bug is already know. We'll just look at number 2. So does the request cover the vote?

I guess I was feeling petty/ didn't want to flood the thread list.

Yes I'm fairly sure it did. I'll try to dig through my recent games for a match ID as I'm aware mentor/spectate requests show up in replays.
