I can't find much on him, and I'm not very good at using him. Mid-End game, I always end up snowballing backwards and I'm never sure when to use my rockets or when to save. I can hit them decently enough.

Basic Rocket Tips:
-Using them to help get last hits on enemy creeps makes getting CKs a lot easier to come by for players who usually aren't that great on last hits.
-Use them for whenever you need quick vision! It may give off your position, but it beats walking into a bunch of waiting enemy heroes.
-You can use them while staying mobile, so use them in chases! Chipper's "chasing range" is higher than that of most heroes.
-They're great for burst damage, enough to kill lower HP heroes in one barrage earlier on, but still awesome for helping wear down higher HP heroes too
shooting rockets 1 at a time is better than blowing them all at once, unless you're instagibbing some weak support.
pk is core, sotm after that for the ridiculous slow.
