Overall my favourite hero was MasterGeese's Tammy.
The most creative abilities are among the heroes of StellarVoids/Wishmonger's team.
Overall favourite abilities:

Soul of the Mountain - Mountain God's ultimate.

Q.W.E.R.T.Y the Tech Pack Backpack - Techy's second skill, or rather the main part of the ability. Kinda reminded me of the Personal Force Field from Champion's Online's Telekinetic power set.
