This hero is a wyrm in Heroes of Newerth, which is fine by fantasy standards, as you are actually encouraged to break the mold when building your own fantasy universe.

Trolls in the LotR are completely different from trolls in WoW. This doesn't make one iteration more correct or better than the other, it's just that universes version of a fantastical creature, nothing more.

As for people crying about how "Dragons aren't fragile!", this applies to that as well.

Who says that all fantasy dragons have to be powerful, muscled, wise, ancient, and greedy? What is wrong with a fantasy game having their dragons be powerful magic users with fragile bodies? Nothing.

(An example for why it is perfectly fine for this HoN dragon to be agility, using basic common knowledge biology.) In order for birds to take flight, their bone structure is very light and very fragile. Certain species of lizards can be incredibly fast (run on water, anyone?), with bodies designed for dexterity and freedom of movement. Combine those two and what do you get? A FLYING dragon who has light and fragile bones, a smallish body, and lithe muscles designed for speed and control. Is it really that hard for you to wrap your minds around this?

Quit comparing this hero to typical fantasy cliches and actually get some imagination.

Quit playing Skyrim so much, its a good game but this ^ is unnecessary. And no the whole Scandian thing has been done, twice. They are not going to make a Dragonbourne type hero. And Dragons have been around longer than Skyrim, so its more appropriate to make WoW jokes or some other dragon involving thing.
Hmph, I'm up against all of you guys? Hahah, well then, sounds like I have nothing to worry about. This war's already been won.

    I appreciate it.

I just get annoyed when people think that all fantasy creatures have to pass certain qualifications in order to be the fantasy creature in question.

If I created a fantasy universe where the fabled "Kraken" was a flying feathered hydra who brought down steampunk zeppelins and airships from the skies, that would be perfectly acceptable because it is the universe that I created so what I say goes. It doesn't fit the typical kraken description at all (sea dwelling monster, usually a giant octopus, who brought down seaships), but that doesn't matter one bit. It is what I say it is and that's that. The same could be said for HoN and their concept of dragons.

Coincidentally, I'm writing a steampunk/fantasy novel based around that concept right now and there is nothing any of you can do to stop me.

    MUWHAHAHAHAHAA!!
