HoN crash I belive I have tried it all!

Hello I recently reinstalled my computer and im trying to play HoN but im not able to because i crast imidietly on startup it becomes like a black screen as if its going to start then it just crashes
i have reinstalled the game. Restarted the computer. ran it as administrator. removed the Game folder. tried to run the update first (same crash) I really want your help to fix it I really want to play it and this is really a bum

remember that this is only the temporary fix.
You should download the new installer and reinstall the game to avoid problems with the next updates.
