I've just got my hands on a new computer and been looking forward to playing HoN for about three weeks.
I download the installer from your website and I install the game.
When I try launching the game, I get the K2 Exception, and a question whether I want to save a crash report or not.
NOTE: I get this error right after I try to open the game and before I even get to see the S2Games logo. The screen basically flashes black and then gives me the error message.
I have tried the following:
Downloading the latest GPU drivers
Disabling UAC
Disabling my anti virus program (AVG)
Disabling Windows Firewall
Start -> Run -> cmd (As administrator) -> /bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072
Starting the game as administrator
Reinstalling
Reinstalling at a different location. (C:\User\[Username]Documents)
I have also tried adding the "-vid vid_gl2" string at the end of the target line
OS: Windows 7 Home (64 bit).
CPU: Intel i5-2400, 3.3GHz
RAM: 5.0GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 440
I have also uploaded my Console.log for you guys to take a look at.
Thanks in advance, Knarkhamster!

I'm sorry. I thought you had a neat set of database, at which the console-uploads gathered, free for you guys to browse through at your leizure. My bad.
On another note; Think you guys could hook me up with a link for an older installation file? I want to try that option as well, rather than ruling it out. (Best to try all the bridges, rather than burn them)
EDIT:
I have been looking over the internet for an older installation file, and the only ones I've found are 1.0.6. Yet again; Could you guys at the support help me out? A simple link to an older version of the installer shouldn't be hard to get your hands on and it might save alot of people the trouble of waiting.
I have been monitoring the 'Crashes' section of the forums for about 11h now and my estimated guess would be that there's something screwed up with the 2.5.9v2 installer when it comes to Windows 7.
Hence; Might be a good solution to check if the problem lingers when using an older installer.
Thanks.

I hear of people installing older versions and having it work.
I would to try that for myself.
Although, I can't find any older installation than 2.5.9v2. Would be greatly appreciated if I could get a working link.
glad that helped.
Still, you should download the new installer and do a fresh install since it was only a temporary fix and it could be that you have problem with the next patch.
