I know that in the stickied Item Creation Guide by Passthechips we're advised against upgrading certain items, Elder Parasite included. That proscription is just nonsensical with respect to Elder Parasite, however, as it's a bad/joke/troll item never used by anybody in serious play at any level. One of the things that makes Elder Parasite so bad is that it can't be upgraded into the late game. As such, Soul Siphon is a simple upgrade to Elder Parasite to give it more late game viability, much as Genjuro did to Assassin's Shroud.

The concept itself seens nice, as EP is a shitty item made for trolls. But the effect is just bad, imagine scout, 4 instant hits = 8 int, agi, str stolen. In 20 seconds the target have no atributes already! Should consider another effect.
