My bad, I just assumed the amount of time left until the website is ready for signups would change in two weeks, even though it's for the public.

It has. I feel like we are much close than 2 weeks, but we also need to give ourselves some cushion room in the event it doesn't release tomorrow CUZ PHIL PROMISED US. I would like to believe most people could understand why the wording in my post as vague when it came to dealing with deadlines.

I cannot give you guys an exact launch date, because there is a lot that must be considered when you are dealing with online international competitions.

How is HoN Tour any different than other tournaments in that regard?

Nice I like the idea of having a regular cash games I like that the website is getting work on it and the entire idea sounds kinda nice. Although on a side note the website is pretty broken in other areas like the replays site hasn't worked since 4 months after beta.

Ignore the ****ing trolls and haters. Why do you guys have to bend over backward for .00001% of the hon community? You set the date, when you guys are ready. Dont get pressured in to these whiney little bich competitive players.

At the end of the day, the casual and normal joe players are the ones paying S2's electricity bill and prize pool for the .000001% competitive players. For what? To get 5k viewers max on honcast (no offense, I love honcast but you get my point)

Who do these competitions really benefit? Of the 60-80k players daily on hon+garena, 99.999999% most of us dont give a ****. None of us gave a **** when we played back in warcraft 2's dota. Most of us didnt even know there was competitive dota. Most playerbase's in every ****ing game dont care about competitive prize pools, whether thats 99.9% of the modern warfare 3 fanboys, or 99.9% of the hellokitty island adventure fanboys. Do you think Activision gives a **** about competitive COD? NO.

Cater to the right people. I understand that you are trying to set up comps for the normal joe, but we normal joe folk couldnt give a rats ass about these competitions.

Phil, HoN doesn't need to be the be all end all "competitive game." Focus on your strengths.

Your strengths are 99.9% of the rest of the hon playerbase. Do you honestly think that if and when these whiney bich comp players that make up .00000001% of the hon playerbase leave, that hon will die? NO. They are the ones getting free coins, and not paying these prize pools. We casuals are. We casuals are what make this game, not the competitive scene.

If you are pro gamer (a huge joke title) trying to make a buck in pro gaming scene, you would know HoN isn't going tobe the place. Lets face reality, you know it, I know it, and competitive players should know it.

TBH anything you earn from hon should just be a nice bonus. If you think you are some type of pro player cause u are on some shitty pro team in hon, reality check, you a broke ass motha ****a. You are delusional and in the wrong biz, if you are trying make a buck/living out of hon.
