Acid Wave
Cooldown: 150
Channels -2% health every 0.5 seconds. Every 5% health channeled will release another Acid ring from casters location. When channeling is stopped and/or canceled the rings will run back quickly to it's original spawn position, being soaked back into the roots of caster. Max 25 wave rings. Channeling will stop at 5% health.
Each Wave ring Deals 35/60/85 magical damage.
Each Ring has a stacking slow of 2% up to a max of 100% and lasts 5 seconds.
Balance: Health regeneration affects are turned off during this channel. You can not activate this ability whilst in the pool.

Just had an alternate idea to this suggestion so far.
Hero name: Blight
Melee strength
Skill 1: Uproot/Sudden Growth
Uproot
Mana: 100/115/130/145
Range: 600
Leash on chain: 300 units
Cooldown: 10 (Cooldown is set off when Sudden Growth runs out of charges)
Consumes up to 2/3/4/5 trees. Sudden Growth replaces Uproot with a number of charges equal to the number of trees destroyed by Uproot.
Sudden Growth
Mana: 0
Range: 700
Radius: 125
Cooldown: 3/2/1/0
Spawns a tree at target position and corrupts a 200 unit area for 3 seconds. Enemy units caught in the radius are stunned for 0.2 seconds and dealt 80 physical damage. When Sudden Growth reaches 0 charges, it is replaced by Uproot.
Skill 2: Infect
1/2/2/3 charges
Range: 600
Mana: 50/60/70/80
Charge cooldown: 14/12/10/8
Cooldown between casts: 0
Infects target tree. Infected trees spread corruption in a 550 unit radius until destroyed. If an enemy wanders within 200 units of an infected tree, it detonates, dealing 150/175/200/225 magic damage in a 300 unit radius and destroying itself. Maximum of 4/6/8/10 trees can be infected at any one time.
Skill 3: Corruption
Passive
Enemy units on corrupted ground take 5/10/15/20 magic damage per second and are slowed by 5/10/15/20%.
Units controlled by Blight gain 1/2/3/4 hp regen and move 5/10/15/20% faster while on corrupted ground.
All corrupted ground grants vision to Blight's team.
Skill 4: Depraved Infestation
Radius: 700
Mana: 200/250/300
Cooldown: 120/110/100
All trees in the radius are transformed into infested elementals. Enemy units in the radius are poisoned, which deals 25/50/75 magic damage per second and slows by 15% for 10 seconds. If a unit dies while this debuff is active, an infested elemental is spawned from their corpse. Corrupts the area until Depraved Infestation is cast again.
Infested Elemental: 250/300/350 health, 400 movespeed, 30/40/50 damage per attack. Dies after attacking 3 times. Lifespan of 15 seconds.
Still working out the numbers, I know it's overpowered numerically in its current form (Primarily the combination of the non-ultimate skills after getting ranks in all of them).

Kinda like the enemy is on shrooms

This isn't going to go anywhere unless we accept the ideas already selected and tailor new abilities to meet them.
How about (Ability 3/4)
Phantom Tree.
Mana Cost: 25
Range: 300
Cooldown: 200, 150, 100, 50 (can be worked around).
Places a tree on the floor. Tree exists eternally in till destroyed. Tree acts like any other tree. It appears to the enemy as any other tree. To you and your allies it has a purple glow. Anti-Stealth wards and Bound eye will reveal the aura to the enemies.
If the tree is consumed by an ally via Runes Of Blight it multiply the regeneration effect by 1000%.
If the tree is destroyed, its corrupted soul rises from oblivion and chases the nearest enemy hero within 600/700/800/900 range of the tree. Upon reaching the enemy, the enemy is stunned for 0.5 seconds and takes 75, 150, 225, 300 magic damage.
It has the flavour of the old Keeper's Eyes. It can be used early game to help lane presence, later game can be used for inventive map manipulation. It can also be used to counter or work with tree destroyers. It could also work very well with the already suggested ability. Would letting it act like a gadget (block creep spawns) be too much?

the ultimate should be he like raises roots from ground rather than stunning you in place they attack so its like a root that he controls it channelling and he takes -40 -50 -60 dmg or something like that :P i don't really know what else to put also it grants a sub skill that allows you to blow em all up to grant a % stun the stun is longer for the more time that he didn't channel so like i channelled for .5 sec the stun could be like 1.5 sec trees roots do mixed dmg and have a 5% chance to mini stun for .5 sec
the third ability should be like called corrupted combat witch gives you a +10 +15 +20 +25 base dmg for all heroes/allies and adds the same amount of attack speed

Corrupted Network(Passive):
For every corrupted tree in a 1600 radius the hero gains 5% ms and 2 hp/s up to 3 stacks
(Hide)"Insert better Skill name":
The Hero hides in a Tree, gaining 5 armor+magic armor, gives his team x% of his passive bonus and his passive spell hp/s doubles for him
The hero cant attack while hid, but still can use magic and can be attacked (kinda like paras creep infest only with heroes hp) tree cant be killed by loggers or spells
Edit: u can insert invis detection and count kotf creeps as trees as heavy counter for kotf

Infested Skin/Bark
Active: (Point and click) Shed all bark/growth firing it all in a line. Deals med-high damage destroys/converts trees into plagued ones which effects dmg (500 range). Applies a debuff to Infected causing him to lose all armor/magic armor but gain ms and attack range, can be cast again to cast a root wall up to 700 units away which moves quickly towards Infected location and pulls all trees/units along with it. Deals low-med damage, heals based on # of trees destroyed and restores armor.
- Decay
Infection's festering carcass protects him from all incoming physical attacks by decaying his enemies weapons on contact.

Required Level: 1 / 3 / 5 / 7
When enemey heroes or creeps attack their base damage is reduced by 10%.
Leaves a lingering debuff on enemy heroes for 2 seconds, if they attack Infection again the debuff refreshes and stacks upon itself up to 5 times.
