I recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled HoN. I felt that the game wasn't running as well as it used to with the same settings.

When I go to console, there's a constant spam of the line:

Error: IResourceLibrary(15)::Get(0x6) - Handle has been unregistered

Is that related?
