Any nerf made to him should be accompanied with a buff in a diffrent aspect.

RA is a strong laner but needs a good early game to stay effective. In low lvl pubs he often gets an incredible good early game which makes him snowball out of control. His low base armor keeps him in a fairly good spot.

Delete 3/4 of the posts in the threads and increase my mod action count, or just close the darn thread that I knew was going to be useless from the beginning.

Might open a thread in the future about him if he shows to be a nuisance in competitive play but otherwise, this hero has had his fair share of the spotlight. Can't we just "forget" about him?
