Too much
Perfect
Not enough
wut. Vestments is core on every hero against almost any sane lineup these daysVestments is ok, but i'd put it in luxury
"Proclamation was made, in the King's Name, for all Persons to keep Silence" - House of Lords Journal, Volume 20, 24 June 1717
except in salforis's case where the window on how strong he is in relative to other heroes and team setups is really really small, about lvl 1 to 11? (even lvls on both teams) or before team 5v5 fights (he gets ignored often) or disabled easily because if you look at it
vestments decreases a certain amount of dmg a hero takes from magic when in fact getting more hp or another item to increase his lifetap usage amount or damage is better since he gains life back from lifetap keeping in mind vestments only decreases magic dmg taken by alot if the enemy's lvl on skills is high enough and you get hit by magic often which usually lvls 1~6 is basically useless after that its arguable in some games
He has to get hit by magic enough, not get ignored (5v5 fights), they're not running for their life because they know they cant kill you since you have lifetap and you look at the window in which you can damage them before you can use your ult on them like not getting stunned once and they run, you lifesteal u gain back hp
its similar to say how fast u can get that bottle early game as mid to heal/take runes, need a ward on runes to gank a certain lane etc
that gold will have to be used when its only absolutely needed even though its damage reduction is noticeable in some games because of what you can do with it to maximize the window of advantage you have with this hero because of what everyone knows, he drops off really hard late game in terms of effectiveness in a team fight
Translation:
"I think Lord Salforis is quite overpowered. His aura makes for a powerful harassment tool, especially if you use it in combination with Life Tap, which costs almost no mana, and it heals you quite a lot. People playing against Lord Salforis can be quite confident in their attack, almost assured of the victory, and when Lord Salforis uses Life Tap, it can make their blood boil.
If his aura is not nerfed, then please at least nerf something, as I personally find this this hero be overpowered. I witnessed one player picking Lord Salforis on his first game, during the week when Lord Salforis was free-to-play, and while the player was not all that good, he still ended up with a good K/D-ratio, which in my eyes came just from using Life Tap. You can't even deny a hero when his ultimate is on someone. I have tried many times, so I'm obviously right. Why can't we deny our allies when it's a DoT is something I don't get.
Something needs to change, as I find the game to be ruined as soon as I see Lord Salforis or Rampage."
GR Admin experience, np. Little rusty here and there, but this was just completely unreadable at some parts.
LS's Q ability should be used in synergy with his ultimate for a strong Mid-game, any change to it could make it very unbalanced considering his already strong lane presence in the early-mid game with his passive aura.
I do not understand what you all cry about...
Mors is an EXCELLENT skill, that synergisms with his ult perfectly and also a great farming and ganking tool with very low CD.
Lord is a bit op, but pred and zep are also op and still weren't nerfed.
So keep lord as he is.
Maybe reduce the mors mana a little and increase LT instead a bit.

His ult even stops the regen from the well (lol), so you cannot even tp to well for safety in that 10 second period (like you would with VJ's Cursed Ground). Not a lackluster ult offensively, but it has a fairly high cd and is completely countered by a Null Stone.
well this hero look op or im wrong ? i didnt played for like 4-5mounths but as i can see ig i didnt see none failed with that char ?
He's countered more heavily by CC than other tanky heroes, as his primary means of staying tanky revolve around being able to constantly stay in a fight and dealing damage. If you can keep him at a distance or just burst him down in a cc chain, he's not a significant threat. People are forgetting just how powerful kiting was, and so they don't think to apply it against a lot of of the tanky heroes currently dominating the meta.
Salf is powerful, this is true, but he has his counters. The real problem lies in the laziness of many players to simply try and find counters to heroes instead of trying to completely outpace the other team with heroes of a higher perceived power. This is actually rather ironic, as Salf is intended to be a counter to many of the tanky heroes currently rampant.
He is difficult to overcome by typical means, but, again, he will not be a significant threat if he is countered properly. Even if he gets a BKB/shrunken, he can be kited to oblivion with a frostwolf (an item severely underestimated by many, now -- and a hero should be able to farm up a frostwolf by the time Salf would have upgraded boots, nullstone/hellflower, and a shrunken). He will not often do so, however, and in such circumstances (or even in such circumstances where he can be jumped with a hellflower before he can use his shrunken) he is countered easily by several cc items and many heroes with good cc capabilities. He does extremely well when the enemy team picks a zephyr or ra, and several others. The dominance he exerts over such heroes causes many to file complaints that he is OP for countering the heroes they expect to stomp with. Players of squishy heroes will complain about any hero with high damage.
I've decided to make a sig. I hope you're enjoying it.
I think that it should have been like that since the first time...
I think dogkaiser should instead increase the mana cost so you can cast it like 10 times in the laning phase...
Mors IS a great spell. It's just not very good in lane because 1.) it has a short range 2.) if your enemy has magic armor it's effectiveness approaches very close to 0 and 3.) LT is a much better option as it gives the ability to survive any amount of harass, strong last hitting power, and the ability to tower dive VERY early on as long as you're not facing people with grips/double disables. Electrician is a pretty strong counter tofor the reasons above as he has not only purge (to remove LT) but also has a grip and a mana burn (weak, but enough).
BUNNY LOVES YOU!
I thought that Salforis was a bit on the strong side (he's still extremely good at laning), but the fact that vestments reduces the amount that lifetap can heal really hinders his survivability mid/late game. The damage from his aura is not noticable in team fights, and mors and his ult don't give him much teamfight presence. He's extremely strong in a lane, but he can't farm particularly well, doesn't scale well, and vestments / shamans neuters his ability to heal through damage with lifetap. I would say that his laning presence is justified, because of how weak his late game is, unless he gets absurdly fed. In contrast to Ra / Zephyr, he has a lot of single target damage, but his AoE damage is very low, so he can't simply AoE the enemy team down with a HOTBL rush.
The fact that he lacks strong crowd controls is probably what makes Lord Salforis somewhere close to being balanced.
He's more or less unkillable during laning, great sustain/low mana cost, kind of quick too. Presonally I'd hate having my way mid against Salforis.
I think that Mors Certissima and Life Tap should be adjusted for Mors Certissima to be worth upgrading first, right now I think that Life Tap is slightly beyond the avarage.
2. I disagree verry much on the heal removel of Q spell.. That ruins the point of hes ult.. when ultimate is active on a target the heal from Q wont happen so the only balance i think is needed is the mana scale of Q spell...
If this would happen i would change my build to this
0-0-1 _ 0-1-1 _ 0-2-1 _ 1-2-1 _ 1-3-1
This would make Q spell more usefull..
But i dont see any balance need for the Lifetap. Lifetap is ofc spamable and should allways be. Lord salf is know for hes tanky and nuke dmg deal... Note that this hero have NO SPELLS that helps team in anyway (only slow from life tap)..
Also i think lord salf ult needs to kill targets even if they have unbreakable on..
Patch virtually ancient history, Salforis has also received recent changes.
