There was a judge right there watching him. Probably more than one. If they had found fault with his record attempt, they would have flagged him.

Every hour he gains a 10 minute break, which he can stack together.
He can sleep durning his break time.
Only allowed to leave PC during breaks.
Has to make an action every 7 seconds.
After a game ends he has 7 seconds to re-que.
He can do anything during que times.
