Has to make an action every 7 seconds. DOESNT SAY JACK ABOUT RESPAWNTIME. Multiple times he failed this. Also HE TOOK MORE THAN 7 seconds to requeue many times. This is total bullcrap.
I'm not saying it's impressive he manage to get to 70h but I'm just saying the rules are the rules and he failed them several times for the time I was watching... who's to say he didn't fail before?

There was a judge right there watching him. Probably more than one. If they had found fault with his record attempt, they would have flagged him.

Also: Both 7 second rules were not set in stone. Those two were just rules to make sure he didn't stall at all or stop playing respectively.
